In the fourth episode from the 'Live From The Pool' series, you will learn how body balance and floating are essential skills when learning to swim and be safe in the water.


Leaning how to float and balance in the water, have an awareness of what your body is doing and be able to get your bearings when rotating and moving, are important skills for water confidence and safety in the pool and open water.


Aquabatix demonstrates to swimming teachers ways to improve the classic floating techniques as well as some of the exciting movements in artistic swimming that are simple to learn to teach, are a lot of fun for swimming participants to try and are perfect to add as a contrasting activity to your swimming lessons.
