With the summer holidays just around the corner it's time to start planning your fun filled activity programme for the pool. With participant engagement and water safety at the heart of what we do, we have developed a summer holiday course that will deliver on every level for participants of all ages and abilities.

Artistic swimming offers you and your participants the unique opportunity to explore and learn how use the water in different and creative ways. This not only enhances water confidence and coordination, but develops personal expression and teamwork in ways that are not possible during regular swimming lessons.

The STA-endorsed summer holiday course 'Experience' focuses on five key areas: Body Balance, Sculling, Stroke Creativity, Eggbeater and Teamwork and contains five comprehensive and progressive, 30-minute lesson plans, one for each day of your five day summer holiday course.
